Which Favorite Authors Match Your List?

Few discoveries delight me more than finding someone else’s beloved books list that is markedly similar to my own. Do you feel the same way?

Skimming my list below may give you a better idea of how alike our tastes are!

This first list names off the classics…

  • Jane Austen

  • Georgette Heyer

  • Shakespeare (need I say it?)

  • Charles Dickens

  • Lucy Maud Montgomery

  • Barbara Pym

  • Ursala LeGuin

The next few authors have brought me hours of reading pleasure and they’re still alive and writing:-):

  • Sally Britton

  • Caroline Warfield

  • Jude Knight

  • Robin McKinley (except for “Deerskin”)

  • Jude Morgan

  • Jennifer Kloester

Here are a few titles that I love, although I don’t necessarily care for other books by the same author:

  • “A Rose in Winter” by Kathleen Woodiwiss (rather steamy)

  • Lisa Kleypas’ Hathaway series (rather steamy)

Anyone else still a fan of your childhood books? Here are mine:
